FOCUS ASSESSMENTS INC. (FOCUS) is a privately owned Ontario company established in 1996 with the mandate of providing a complete range of Independent Medical Evaluations by utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach. Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Evaluations, Surveillance Reviews, File Reviews and Third Party Diagnostic Imaging Agreements are also key components that contribute to the FOCUS profile.

With assessment facilities in Kitchener, Ottawa, London and Toronto, the FOCUS team is now in a better position to service its clients’ needs. Our team consists of over 100 dedicated healthcare providers and includes more than 80 physicians and surgeons in a wide range of specialties. The friendly and knowledgeable office staff at FOCUS is always ready to answer client inquiries and assist in the referral process. Having access to our on-site Medical Director combined with the fact that our office staff are educated with respect to insurance legislation, puts FOCUS at the head of its class when it comes to servicing our clients.
